Description

You will deepen Ivalua's relationship with large established customers in the North EMEA region, driving up-sell and cross-sell of cloud-based procurement solutions. As a trusted advisor, you'll consult on digital transformation roadmaps, ensure optimal solution adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver greater ROI.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles as Consultant, Strategic Account Manager or Services Delivery
  • Keen understanding of navigating large, complex organizations
  • Knowledge of procurement industry practices and technology
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills in English
  • Ideal background as consultant, in delivery or strategic account manager in procurement digitalization space

Responsibilities

  • Establish Ivalua as trusted advisor to key customers
  • Consult on customers' digital transformation roadmap
  • Ensure optimal adoption of Ivalua's solutions within customers
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Implementation partners to identify and sell additional Ivalua software modules
  • Identify internal champions and develop relationships at all levels within customer's organization
