You'll monitor and audit standards of person-served care and electronic health records to ensure quality improvement compliance. Working with a dedicated QA committee, you'll collaborate on staff development and infection control. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and audit electronic health records for compliance
• Ensure quality improvement standards meet regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with QA committee on program-level quality initiatives
• Oversee staff development, infection control, and medical records

📋 Requirements

• A degree in a health-related field or two years experience in health care education
• Minimum one year experience in medical records or quality improvement
• Knowledge of Title 9, 22, OSHA, HCAI, HIPAA, and CARF
• Ability to engage in performance improvement data collection and analysis
