You'll lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces to drive lead generation and local awareness. You'll hire, coach, and motivate your team to meet business objectives while being the face of Mad City.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of field promoters in retail and event spaces
• Recruit, staff, train, coach and motivate your team
• Attend weekly meetings with management team
• Provide reporting and ROI metrics to meet business objectives

📋 Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Weekend availability required
• Prior leadership experience
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–8+ hours/day

• Face to Face Marketing or Lead Setting experience
• Experience building/recruiting a team of high performers
