Description

You will perform high-quality MR imaging at our New York City clinic, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Your work includes operating MRI equipment, administering contrast, and collaborating with radiologists to deliver precise diagnostic images.

Requirements

• Active ARRT, ARMRIT or NMTCB certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Proven experience as an MRI Technologist
• Experience with PACS systems (AMBRA preferred)
• Deep familiarity with MRI equipment (Siemens preferred)

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow physician orders for MR imaging
• Explain procedures, medications, or contrast media to patients
• Review patient history and MR safety assessments
• Position patients and perform MR scans per specifications
• Evaluate scan images for quality, label, and document
