  • 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • Proven experience leading lifecycle strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-app
  • Experience building segmentation, personalization, and automated journey frameworks
  • Experience improving retention, activation, engagement, or LTV metrics
