You'll lead lifecycle marketing strategy for a fintech company democratizing wealth creation. You'll drive customer activation, retention, and monetization across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging. This role sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, Data, and Martech, leveraging AI to modernize personalization and lifecycle operations.

- Own lifecycle marketing strategy across the customer journey
- Develop segmentation and personalized journeys across channels
- Drive experimentation and optimize KPIs like retention and LTV
- Partner with Martech and Data to improve infrastructure and automation
- Apply AI to modernize content generation and personalization
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
- Proven experience leading lifecycle strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-app
- Experience building segmentation, personalization, and automated journey frameworks
- Experience improving retention, activation, engagement, or LTV metrics
