You'll process medical record requests and release of information (ROI) tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment while ensuring HIPAA compliance. This role involves floating across multiple sites and providing in-person patient assistance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process Release of Information requests accurately
• Retrieve and compile medical records from EMR systems
• Assist patients in person with obtaining medical records
• Answer inbound calls and respond to record inquiries

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
