💼 About This Role

You'll join our Skilled Nursing Team providing hands-on care to pediatric clients with tracheostomies and ventilators in their homes. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling and a supportive environment with paid training. This role offers the chance to build lasting relationships with one client per shift.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current LPN license in good standing in the state

• Pediatric experience preferred
• Trach and vent experience preferred
