🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly financials and schedules for joint venture partners
• Maintain equity, preferred return, and cash flow schedules
• Respond to JV inquiries and participate in partner calls
• Prepare lender reporting packages and support audits

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Affordable housing or nonprofit real estate accounting experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced Excel skills
• Yardi or similar ERP experience
