🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory discrepancies
• Manage shipment receiving, processing, and floor replenishment
• Lead operations associates through recruitment and development

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making
• High energy and self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
• Receptive to feedback and eager to provide it
