Description

You will analyze US healthcare regulatory changes impacting health insurance carriers, summarizing and recommending strategic actions. You will manage research projects, monitor federal and state regulations, and communicate findings via presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's or JD preferred
• 5+ years of US healthcare regulatory research or legal interpretation experience
• Experience with Quality Management programs and Risk Adjustment preferred
• Proven track record of qualitative and quantitative research in US healthcare
• Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of research projects within the Regulatory Research Program
• Monitor Federal and State regulations and track changes in a comprehensive tracker
• Collect and analyze secondary and primary research data on regulatory landscape
• Distill conclusions and communicate clearly in PowerPoint presentations
• Proactively recommend research process improvements
