💼 About This Role

You'll architect and scale generative and agentic AI capabilities for a risk intelligence platform, ensuring they are mission-ready and economically efficient. You'll lead teams building multilingual LLM/SLM pipelines, agent-driven workflows, and graph-integrated reasoning for intelligence applications. This hybrid role is based in Reston, VA or Somerville, MA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute generative AI strategy and model selection frameworks
• Architect scalable multilingual inference pipelines
• Design agent architectures for investigative automation
• Embed AI capabilities into customer workflows

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML or applied analytics
• 3–5 years leading teams delivering production GenAI capabilities
• Experience applying generative and agentic AI to intelligence applications
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI infrastructure and inference optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated or mission-critical environments
• Master's degree or PhD in a related field
