💼 About This Role

You'll own Gravie's insurance plan portfolio end-to-end, from strategy to go-to-market. You'll lead cross-functional teams to design, price, and implement new benefit plans while ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll shape our differentiation in the level-funded commercial insurance space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage current benefit designs and pricing
• Update benefit plans and grids annually
• Build KPIs and dashboards to monitor product performance
• Partner with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in insurance product management
• 5+ years experience with health insurance in commercial segment
• Cross-functional alignment across actuarial, underwriting, compliance, operations, technology
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
