💼 About This Role

You'll operate and maintain a wastewater treatment plant and collections system, including remote pump stations. Your work will ensure efficient and compliant plant operations while protecting natural resources. You'll also participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours coverage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor wastewater treatment processes via SCADA
• Perform process control sampling, testing, and recordkeeping
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and pumping equipment
• Participate in on-call rotation for plant coverage

📋 Requirements

• VA Wastewater Operator License or ability to obtain
• 1-3 years experience in wastewater treatment facility operation
• High School diploma or trade school equivalent
• Valid VA motor vehicle operator's license

• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
• Knowledge of pump, compressor, and plumbing fixture maintenance
