🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and guide setup and configuration
• Manage customer data migration processes
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Support, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation
• Strong project management skills with multiple client management
• Experience working with stakeholders across different levels
• Ability to quickly learn and explain SaaS platforms
