🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers
• Own technical direction through RFCs and design reviews
• Contribute hands-on to TypeScript development for CLI
• Collaborate on roadmap priorities and execution plans

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript with production-grade tooling
• Engineering leadership experience including mentoring and hiring
• Cross-platform development expertise (macOS, Linux, Windows)

• Experience with containerized environments (Docker)
• Familiarity with Postgres-based workflows
• Knowledge of versioning and backward compatibility strategies
