You'll lead technical strategy and scale engineering for an AI-powered entertainment company building the next generation of creator tools. Your core impact is shaping our UGC platform (RUN) and driving AI adoption across the organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve the company's technical vision aligned with AI-first product strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the engineering organization through strong leadership layers.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to align technical execution with goals.
• Drive adoption of modern AI tools and workflows across engineering and adjacent disciplines.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering including senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams through organizational scaling.
• Strong track record as a people manager and organizational builder.
• Experience operating as a strategic technology leader in startup or high-growth environments.
