💼 About This Role

You'll drive infill spec development growth and cross-functional execution for Homebound's Investment Strategy team. You will own the 8+ quarter growth plan, translate targets into market-level actions, and partner with acquisitions, product, and operations to scale. This strategy-to-execution role sits at the center of Homebound's mission to transform homebuilding with technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-own the 8+ quarter infill growth plan and lot acquisition targets.
• Track performance at market level and implement corrective actions.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across acquisitions, architecture, and operations.
• Support evaluation and planning for new market expansion.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, strategy & operations, or analytical role with execution responsibility.
• Experience owning complex cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication for senior audiences.
