💼 About This Role

You'll support Lyft's global equity function, driving strategy and execution for equity programs across international jurisdictions. You'll partner cross-functionally to design and deliver programs with a focus on compliance, tax, and employee education. This role offers the chance to build critical infrastructure for a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer global equity programs including RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP across jurisdictions
• Drive system automation on Schwab Equiview platform with Workday and ADP
• Develop employee education programs on equity mechanics and financial wellness
• Support SOX compliance and build efficiencies in controls documentation

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in stock plan administration on a global scale
• Experience partnering with Total Rewards teams and international equity plans
• CEP certification preferred
• Very strong Excel skills required

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and Schwab Equiview platform
• Deep knowledge of equity accounting and international tax
• Experience with M&A equity integration
