• 5+ years B2B sales success, preferably in building materials or construction
• Consistently exceeded $10M+ in annual sales revenue
• Track record of winning new business and expanding accounts
• Hunter mindset with strong closing skills
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven planning

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets through prospecting and solution selling
• Develop territory plans prioritizing high-value opportunities
• Build and maintain pipeline via cold outreach and networking
• Partner with estimating and operations on proposals
• Track and report performance metrics weekly
