💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the face of A Place for Mom within hospitals and skilled nursing facilities, building relationships to generate referrals for seniors needing discharge placements. You'll own a book of accounts, drive lead generation, and collaborate with Senior Living Advisors to help families find care. This role combines field sales with impactful family service in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate daily qualified patient referrals from assigned accounts
• Cultivate new contacts through networking, cold calls, and presentations
• Manage and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume
• Collaborate with Senior Living Advisors to meet move-in targets

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience as an individual contributor
• Hospital/skilled nursing facility sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and collaborating with teams
• Ability to travel daily within the territory during the business week
