💼 About This Role
You'll own and grow a defined territory in the MEA region, focusing on large enterprise accounts in the Public Sector. You'll build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers and drive consultative, value-based sales cycles. This role offers the opportunity to shape Camunda's success in a high-growth market.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own and grow a defined territory in MEA focusing on large enterprise accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers in business and IT.
- Develop and execute strategic Account Plans aligned with customer goals.
- Generate new pipeline through outbound campaigns and ecosystem partners.
- Lead consultative, value-based sales cycles using MEDDICC and Challenger.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience in KSA.
- Experience selling to large enterprises (5,000+ employees) in Public Sector.
- Proven ability to navigate complex buying centers and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Challenger.

- Familiarity with Camunda's product or process automation platforms.
- Experience in a product-led or open-source software company.
- Passion for process improvement and helping customers modernize legacy systems.
