💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare to repair and maintain heavy equipment and aerial lifts at our South Plainfield facility, working on the newest fleet in the industry. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues faster and work smarter. Year-round OEM training is provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts
• Maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with schematics understanding
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, age 21+

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
