You'll lead SnapMagic Copilot from $3M to $10M ARR by building a repeatable sales engine. You'll personally close strategic deals with component manufacturers, then recruit and lead a high-performance team. This role lets you define the ICP, pricing, and playbooks for a category-defining AI discovery layer in the electronics industry.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Run full sales cycle with marketing and BD leaders at manufacturers
- Design and iterate sales playbook, pricing, and outbound motions
- Establish rigorous operational culture using HubSpot
- Transition from hands-on builder to strategic executive
📋 Requirements
- Track record scaling a VC-backed SaaS from low-7-figure to 8-figure ARR ($10M+)
- Ability to sell to non-technical business stakeholders
- Builder mindset thriving in ambiguity
