You'll drive supplier quality processes for cable and wire harness products at a defense technology company. Your work ensures high-quality reliable components through early engagement with suppliers and engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive supplier quality development through design reviews and supplier process development.
• Review supplier processes to ensure alignment with cable and wire harness requirements.
• Partner with engineering to design and implement functional test processes at suppliers.
• Own elimination of supplier risk to improve quality reliability across product lifecycle.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier quality issues.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• 7-10 years of Supplier Quality Engineering or related experience in Wire Harness production
• 3+ years performing source inspection in wire harness manufacturing
• Experience implementing Control Plans in Wire Harness Manufacturing
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management System

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in creating material and process specifications for Wire Harness Fabrication
• Experience in functional Hi-Pot test for Wire Harness Assemblies
• Process Failure Modes Effects and Analysis (PFMEA) experience
• Experience with Teamcenter, SolidWorks, Oracle/Netsuite, Jira, Tableau, Foundry
