You will lead payroll operations for Spain, managing end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and stakeholder relationships. Your work ensures data integrity and improves processes in a global, remote-first environment.

Requirements

• Payroll management or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in SAP, Excel/Google Sheets
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for the country
• Manage relationships with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers
• Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filing and compliance
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and perform accounting/reconciliations
• Focus on KPIs and SLAs, implement and improve processes
