🎯 What You'll Do

• Own talent acquisition reporting and analytics, including funnel metrics
• Build executive-level dashboards for workforce planning and hiring forecasts
• Lead talent market intelligence initiatives analyzing competitor trends
• Apply AI and automation to improve sourcing and recruiting workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Intelligence or analytics
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Talent Insights, Eightfold, or similar
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Visier

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven analytics or automation in HR/TA
• Fluent English required for global collaboration
