Description

As a Reconditioning Manager, you will oversee all aspects of vehicle reconditioning in an Inspection Center, leading a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. You'll drive continuous improvement and high associate engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Proven ability to deliver project deliverables and company metrics
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring, accountability, and succession planning to direct reports
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and performance standards
• Maintain production capacity levels and assist with production planning
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
