Description

You'll provide compassionate home health physical therapy services to patients in the Lebanon, MO area as part of a per diem weekend role, helping patients recover from injury or illness and supporting their return to independent living.

Requirements

• Active and current PT license
• One year of clinical experience preferred
• Home health experience welcomed but not required; training provided
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, range of motion, strength, balance)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet
