💼 About This Role

You'll own the Transaction Monitoring product area at the intersection of First Line, Compliance, Engineering and Data, building scalable, regulator-ready controls. Your core impact will be enabling growth across fiat, crypto, card, and hybrid payment flows. This role reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define strategy and actionable roadmap for transaction monitoring across fiat and crypto rails
• Develop and evolve transaction monitoring rules, scenarios, and predictive AI models
• Partner with compliance, data science, and engineering teams to ensure effective controls
• Drive improvements in false positive reduction and operational scalability

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager in fintech, crypto, payments, or regulated financial services
• 2+ years working on AML / Transaction Monitoring products
• Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring or VASP compliance
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, TRM, or Elliptic

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience building platforms serving both B2B and B2B2C use cases
