You'll act as the primary interface between the Trustee Board and Executives, providing independent oversight and member-first governance for a growing superannuation fund. You'll deepen strategic impact and strengthen executive engagement while representing members' best interests.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as trusted adviser to the Trustee Board on governance and fiduciary obligations
• Represent the voice of the member in strategic and operational decisions
• Provide independent check and challenge to executive leaders
• Lead the fund's strategic business planning and member outcomes frameworks

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in superannuation governance or senior legal roles
• Strong knowledge of superannuation law and trustee obligations
• Proven ability to operate at Board and executive level
• Confidence to provide independent challenge while maintaining relationships
