You'll support interview scheduling and ATS maintenance for a remote-first, globally distributed People function. Your work will ensure hiring processes run smoothly and employee lifecycle operations are well-coordinated. This role offers exposure to both People Operations and recruiting workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update ATS systems and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain high-quality People data and documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• High ownership mindset with ability to manage tasks independently.
• Comfortable working in async, remote-first environments across time zones.
