Description

You'll shape and scale the next generation of internal tools at Roblox, designing intuitive self-service and AI-assisted workflows for data analytics, knowledge discovery, and platform integrations. You'll partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex technical needs into elegant unified experiences, reducing cognitive load for internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in technical enterprise environments
• Domain expertise in data analytics, enterprise ecosystems, or developer tooling
• Experience in AI/LLM design for agentic workflows
• Expert-level command of modern design stacks (Figma, tokens, libraries)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX for core productivity and collaboration surfaces
• Unify and elevate a fragmented landscape of internal tools
• Collaborate with product leaders and backend engineers to protect design integrity
• Own high-visibility analytics and leadership-facing experiences
• Scale a global data visualization component library
