You'll lead and develop a high-volume inside sales team of Pre-Approval Advisors. Your core impact is driving daily execution, coaching performance, and improving conversion rates. Backed by top-tier venture investors, Tomo is poised to become one of the most valuable fintech startups.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Pre-Approval Advisors
  • Drive daily execution across calls, texts, and pipeline management
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance coaching
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new PAAs

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year managing SDR/BDR or inside sales teams
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Experience with Sigma, Tableau or similar analytics tools
  • Willingness to be available via Slack on weekends/evenings

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Twilio Flex or similar call center tech
  • Experience in FinTech or Proptech
  • Cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and CRM teams
