🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Pre-Approval Advisors
- Drive daily execution across calls, texts, and pipeline management
- Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance coaching
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new PAAs
📋 Requirements
- 1+ year managing SDR/BDR or inside sales teams
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or similar CRM
- Experience with Sigma, Tableau or similar analytics tools
- Willingness to be available via Slack on weekends/evenings
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with Twilio Flex or similar call center tech
- Experience in FinTech or Proptech
- Cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, and CRM teams
