You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues. You'll promote adoption of Compass technology and provide 1:1 support and group training.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training.
  • Provide marketing support by creating collateral and liaising with specialists.
  • Serve as mentor to Agent Experience Coordinator(s).

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations.
  • Ability to work 100% in-office in Katy, Texas.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in real estate.
  • Experience with live or remote training.
  • Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence).
