You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch customers, serving as their day-to-day contact for questions and issues. You'll promote adoption of Compass technology and provide 1:1 support and group training.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support and group training.
- Provide marketing support by creating collateral and liaising with specialists.
- Serve as mentor to Agent Experience Coordinator(s).
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, or operations.
- Ability to work 100% in-office in Katy, Texas.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
โจ Nice to Have
- Previous experience in real estate.
- Experience with live or remote training.
- Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence).
