💼 About This Role

You'll own marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue, building a structured demand generation engine for a leader in quantum computing instrumentation. You'll partner with sales and marketing to scale growth and improve funnel performance. This role offers hybrid work in Zurich and the chance to shape marketing strategy at a cutting-edge tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate revenue targets into structured demand generation plans
• Identify and scale growth opportunities beyond paid search and SEO
• Define growth priorities and experimentation roadmap with Data & Performance Manager
• Design and operationalize end-to-end marketing-to-sales funnel
• Serve as primary marketing counterpart to Sales for pipeline visibility and forecasting

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation
• Experience building and scaling structured marketing funnels in a maturing company
• Experience working in complex, technical B2B sales environments
• Strategic thinker with ability to implement solutions independently
