๐ผ About This Role
You'll evolve and professionalize how our Sales and Customer Success teams operate as a performance role, not just training. You'll turn strategy into consistent execution across the customer lifecycle, improving conversion, ramp time, and retention. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market engine, partnering with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to drive GTM execution
- Design and deliver structured enablement programs and playbooks
- Analyze performance data to identify and address gaps
- Drive adoption of AI tools and structured experimentation
๐ Requirements
- 5-8+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or Enablement within SaaS
- Proven ability to influence behavior and drive change across teams
- Strong command of sales process and pipeline management
- Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose problems and implement solutions
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Gong or similar conversation analytics tools
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or SPIN frameworks
- Experience in self-storage or real estate tech
