You'll evolve and professionalize how our Sales and Customer Success teams operate as a performance role, not just training. You'll turn strategy into consistent execution across the customer lifecycle, improving conversion, ramp time, and retention. This role sits at the center of our go-to-market engine, partnering with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to drive GTM execution
  • Design and deliver structured enablement programs and playbooks
  • Analyze performance data to identify and address gaps
  • Drive adoption of AI tools and structured experimentation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in Sales, Customer Success, or Enablement within SaaS
  • Proven ability to influence behavior and drive change across teams
  • Strong command of sales process and pipeline management
  • Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose problems and implement solutions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Gong or similar conversation analytics tools
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or SPIN frameworks
  • Experience in self-storage or real estate tech
