You'll lead the Aero Value Stream, optimizing processes and productivity initiatives globally. You'll drive continuous improvement through Lean principles and shape standards across the organization. This role acts as a key liaison collaborating with stakeholders to execute technology and process advancements, ensuring reliable energy solutions worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, and LMS100 technologies.
• Oversee deployment of Live Outage content to the field.
• Drive adoption of standard work and reconciliation best practices.
• Lead global Kaizen calendar with focus on Lean and continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Field Engineer or Project management experience.
• Minimum 11 years of progressive experience in the field.
• Strong experience in power generation and field services.

• Previous roles in Field Engineering, Outage Management, or Service Management.
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams with international reach.
• Proficiency in English.
