🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of 1-2 large-scale complex projects.
• Manage 2-3 smaller technical workstreams simultaneously.
• Drive Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed technical tickets.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical production or project management.
• Proven track record leading complex web-based or digital product projects.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
