Your work will directly help **clinicians run more efficient practices** through accessible insights. Collaborating across teams, you'll make data a **first-class product** at SimplePractice.

Requirements

• 7+ years in **Data** or **Analytics Engineering**.
• Expert in **SQL** and **data modeling** (relational, dimensional).
• Experience with **Snowflake** data warehouse design and maintenance.
• Hands-on with **DBT** for testable transformations.
• Experience with orchestration tools like **Airflow** or **Prefect**.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data systems from ingestion to consumption.
• Lead technical vision and architecture for data stack.
• Standardize metrics across the company with analytics teams.
• Define data quality and security frameworks.
• Deploy and maintain data solutions in AWS.
