You'll lead a team of manufacturing engineering professionals supporting global operations at Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing. Your core impact will be scaling production capacity and transitioning new hardware products to steady-state manufacturing. This role stands out for its focus on driving DFM/DFA/DFSS opportunities with cross-functional NPI teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of manufacturing engineering professionals.
• Sustain manufacturing lines at contract manufacturers.
• Characterize product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Own manufacturing process control and issue prevention.

📋 Requirements

• B.S. degree in engineering (mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or related).
• 3+ years in an engineering management or team leadership role.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering for complex electro-mechanical products.
• Experience with remotely managed NPI and contract manufacturers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification.
• Experience with data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
• OnShape or SolidWorks CAD modeling skills.
