You'll work in a collaborative, product-driven engineering environment building a legal software ecosystem for Brazil. Your role focuses on developing medium-complexity features, fixing bugs, and improving performance across frontend and backend systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement medium to high-complexity features across frontend and backend.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues via debugging and log analysis.
• Review pull requests and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Support junior developers by providing technical guidance and removing blockers.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with TypeScript, ES6+, HTML semantics, and CSS-in-JS.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or AngularJS.
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and algorithms.
• Strong communication skills and product mindset.

✨ Nice to Have

• Backend experience with Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience with system thinking and distributed services.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying improvements and technical debt.
