You'll lead Fresha's market entry into South Korea, building from scratch and driving early traction. This hands-on role combines strategy with direct sales execution to establish the AI-powered beauty OS in a new market.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
- Personally drive early commercial traction through direct business development
- Build and lead a high-performing local team over time
- Establish operational foundations for scalable growth
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial leadership experience
- Experience in SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or payments
- Proven revenue growth and team scaling track record
- Fluency in English and Korean
