💼 About This Role

You'll build Merlin AI, a conversational AI for value-based healthcare contracts, working with a world-class team to shape the future of healthcare. You'll design, deploy, and monitor LLM-powered features in a HIPAA-compliant environment, drastically reducing analytics time for strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop next-generation conversational AI for value-based contracts
• Collaborate with actuarial scientists, data engineers, and product managers
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions in production environments
• Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance via automated QC

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in data-intensive SaaS platform development
• More than 1 year in machine learning or AI roles
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch or LangChain
• Experience with cloud ML services like AWS Bedrock or Vertex AI

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with agentic systems and MCP-style frameworks
• Experience with Airflow, Databricks, or Datadog
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in healthcare data
