Description

You will champion the design process, produce deliverables from storyboards to pixel-perfect assets, and partner with product managers and engineers to create consumer-grade enterprise experiences. You'll also help evolve Rubrik's design language and system while building relationships with customers to reflect their needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant hands-on design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design (Product, Industrial, etc.)
• Outstanding portfolio showing interaction design, visual design, and idea generation
• Team player willing to work cross-functionally
• Solid presentation skills and ability to hold audience attention

Responsibilities

• Champion the design process and explore big ideas before narrowing to feasible, creative solutions
• Produce deliverables at every stage: storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and visual assets
• Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the design process
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers to raise quality
• Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure designs reflect user needs
