Description

You will drive revenue growth by selling Ceribell's point-of-care EEG platform to hospitals within your territory. You'll build relationships with key stakeholders across multiple departments, develop clinical champions, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably disruptive technologies
  • Prior experience in Critical Care, ED, Cath Lab, Neuro, or Point of Care
  • Proven ability to manage complex hospital-based sales cycles
  • Demonstrated success with ROI, Presidents Club, and high sales rankings
  • High EQ and coachability with a hunter mentality

Responsibilities

  • Close business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Communicate value proposition to unlock partnerships and build long-term relationships
  • Develop and grow pipeline of new business with leadership and account managers
  • Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments
  • Engage multiple hospital departments and negotiate contracts with C-suite
