🎯 What You'll Do

• Own CRM and lifecycle communication calendar aligning with live ops events
• Develop messaging across push, email, and in-game surfaces
• Influence feature design to improve communication reach and effectiveness
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth roles
• Proven experience in midcore mobile games
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Braze or Iterable
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven strategy experience
