💼 About This Role

You'll build and improve IT infrastructure and day-to-day operations for a fast-growing AI company. You'll drive IT strategy and roadmap including tool selection and implementation. This role offers the opportunity to shape security and compliance programs from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support all internal IT needs including troubleshooting and device management
• Manage core IT infrastructure such as SSO, Google Workspace, and Kandji
• Manage global on/offboarding processes for applications and tools
• Set up and maintain A/V for conference rooms and collaboration spaces

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on IT Operations experience
• Deep understanding of SSO, SAML, and SCIM
• Experience with macOS management and MDM practices
• Knowledge of SOC 2 and compliance processes
