You'll partner with hiring leads to scale a high-growth AI startup, owning full-cycle recruiting and building 0-1 hiring structure. Your core impact will be delivering high-quality hires with speed while maintaining the strong in-office culture that made Gamma successful. This role offers the chance to influence recruiting strategy from the ground up in a company that hit $100M ARR with fewer than 60 people.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering or Business lane
• Develop strong understanding of roles and drive compelling candidate conversations
• Run sharp intakes and translate ambiguity into clear search plans
• Build and iterate 0 to 1 hiring structure (scorecards, interview loops)

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting in startups or fast-growth environments
• Clear depth in Engineering or Business with examples of roles closed
• Proven 0 to 1 process-building experience or meaningful rebuilds
• Strong hiring team partnership skills to influence and push back
