🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as senior technical escalation point for complex systems and infrastructure issues
• Design and implement automation for user provisioning, device setup, and patching
• Manage endpoint lifecycle and configuration using JAMF and Microsoft Intune
• Support Meraki network infrastructure, VPNs, and firewall configurations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in systems administration or IT infrastructure
• Experience with Okta or similar identity and access management
• Basic scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Familiarity with JAMF and Intune for MDM
