💼 About This Role

You'll partner with enterprise customers in the aviation, energy, and logistics sectors to build and operate high-integrity SAF programs on the Chooose platform. You'll own day-to-day relationships and guide customers from implementation to go-live and long-term success. As a key voice of the APAC region, you'll shape how the company adapts its products and processes to serve this market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of key enterprise customers in APAC, focusing on aviation, energy, and logistics sectors.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of complex SAF and decarbonization programs.
• Track operational metrics, including implementation timelines, SLA adherence, and program KPIs.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities and champion them internally with structured product feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of success in management consulting, SaaS implementation, or enterprise customer success.
• Experience with enterprise software and discussing API integrations with technical stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in Japanese (both written and verbal).
• Based in Singapore.

• Experience in carbon markets, fuel markets, or carbon accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in hard sciences.
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite and debugging data issues with engineers.
